Developing Tomorrow's Leaders Today.

Young People Creating Positive Change.

The Jaycees is a people-building organization. We change the communities we live in, the people we are, and the people we will become. Through community and personal development projects, we are building a better world around us, one leader at a time.

Local Focus. Direct Line to the World.

Jaycees are members of a worldwide federation of almost a quarter of a million young leaders and entrepreneurs, located in more than 5,000 communities in over 100 nations throughout the world.

The Time is Now.

What do you want from life? If you want to do more, experience more, and accomplish more every day, you should invest your time in the Jaycees.

Tell Us What You Think

Without our members, the California Jaycees doesn't exist. In order to grow and thrive, our leaders need to know what their members are thinking. Surveys like this are just one of the ways to make that happen. To help guide the 2013 State Team in their planning, please complete this 14-question survey.

Please also share this link with other Jaycees and encourage them to take the survey as well

Help Build the "New" California Jaycees: Join the 2013 Team Today!

The California Jaycees is on the rise and moving full force ahead in restructuring, rebuilding, and, once again, becoming the resource we're meant to be to help chapters and their members succeed and make an impact in their communities. We began the foundation in 2012, and now it's time to build on it. The extent of our success will depend largely on involvement of Jaycees from across the state, spanning all chapters.

Don't miss this unique, once-in-a-Jaycee-lifetime opportunity to help mold the "new" California Jaycees from the ground up! Be a part of it!

The following positions are open and just waiting for you to fill them!  Serving on the state team is a great way to further develop your leadership, expand your skill set, and meet other young professionals across California!  Time commitment varies from 1 - 5 hours per week on average (and, in some cases, as few as 2 hours/month), depending upon the position.  Please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
